As Governor, Tom Wolf has yet to sign a budget on time and that represents his complete failure as a leader. We have one of the highest corporate tax rates in the nation, out of control property taxes, a pension disaster on the horizon, and he can’t even get a budget done on time. We pay for these delays. The buck stops with Tom Wolf and his inability to meet a basic requirement like signing an annual budget on time and is one more example of how he has failed the people of Pennsylvania.
